Her mission is simple: to teach you how to move properly, build confidence, and make fitness a powerful, lasting part of your lifestyle.

Transformation shoutout! Alisa worked very hard over the course of 6 months to achieve her goals of getting stronger, increasing muscle and leaning out for a photoshoot.  There is only a 5lb difference between the before and after photos.  There were many "I hate you Chrystal", and eye rolling, but most of all a very determined, committed individual who crushed her goals!
