I believe that not one person is the same.
Our body’s use food differently therefore it’s important to look at the whole person; including their lifestyle, work, family responsibility, current nutrition, and other stressors that cannot be controlled.
What works for one person, may or may not work for another. All of these factors are taken into consideration when I teach people how to eat healthy. I do not teach you how to diet and or restrict yourself. Instead I help teach you to make better choices through specific nutrition habit based practices.
