Small group training sessions are a fun, high intensity full body workout designed for those who would like a more personal approach to their fitness training at an affordable price.

Small group training a great way to learn how to properly workout,  and reach your fitness goals all while building new fitness friendships and motivating others of like fitness goals.

Group sessions are 50 minutes and up to a maximum of 8 people.
