The transformation pictures of clients who have been coached by Chrystal have had my attention for quite some time.  At first, I didn’t think I had the confidence, discipline or dedication to follow through with the program like that.  Besides, how could a coach help me? I was already working out and thought I was eating okay.  But that was before I met Chrystal!  It was through her coaching and guidance in mental, physical and  nutritional aspects of the program, that I successfully completed the 12 week transformation challenge.

I expressed to Chrystal my goal to be in the shape I was in seven years ago. I also wanted the mental confidence that comes with a great physique.

It is often hard to measure your own progress.  The first taste of success was when my clothes started to feel loose and baggy!  As the weeks went on, clients, co-workers and friends would comment on how much “better” I was looking.  The crowning moment for me was when I was buying clothes for the after pictures.  When I looked in the mirror, it was like looking at another person.  A person that I wanted to be. It was as if I traded my old body for a new one and my old attitude for a new positive one.

All my apprehensions about joining the 12 week transformation challenge have vanished.  Thanks to my coach Chrystal, I have and will continue to set goals, and reach even greater successes.

The gift of a healthier body is a gift to yourself and can only be given by you.  The 12 week transformation challenge was a gift to me, because I am worth it and so are you!


A visit to my family doctor is what made me change my life.  I was a little overweight and close to becoming a diabetic according to my doctor.   After I tried some many ways to lose weight and failing at all of them, I decided to contact Chrystal in hopes of one more try.

Chrystal and I discussed some personal goals and agreed on a schedule.  I followed the meal plan that she made specifically for me.  I travel for work on a daily basis, so knowing exactly what to eat and have it prepared is what I needed to stay on track.  Chrystal completely changed my ideas on what healthy eating was.  Chrystal’s extensive knowledge of nutrition was what I needed.  It was so easy to follow and I disciplined myself on what to eat, when, and how often.  It was not complicated at all.  I started going to the gym on a daily basis.  

Chrystal has helped me make some life changes, be happier and more confident about myself.  Along with her continued support and guidance on nutrition, I started working out at the local gym.  The combination of both was what yielded me into the new and approved me.  My pants  dropped from a size 42 to 38, and I’m sleeping better.

It wasn’t easy to start, but Chrystal was always there to cheer me on!!  

When I started with Chrystal as my coach, I was almost 230 pounds.  At the end of 12 weeks I lost almost 25 pounds. 

My big thank you to Chrystal (The Boss).  She is awesome and was very committed to my success, very professional and always prompt to help me no matter what.  Chrystal has what it takes to teach and help others to reach their goals for a healthy life.

At first I thought getting a coach was a money grab, but after seeing what Chrystal did for my wife Amanda, I decided to give it a try. As the weeks went on, I began to realize I needed a coach like Chrystal to push, guide, encourage and motivate me. I should have known this because in the past a coach has helped guide and push me in the right direction whether it was for track or soccer.

In the beginning it was frustrating. Chrystal was great at encouraging me to keep going. It made me think about how long it took me to gain all this weight. I should not have no expected it would be fast coming off. I worked hard and had Chrystal always there to encourage me. After 12 weeks I lost 46lbs. I feel better than ever and I am now ready for the next step of my new healthy lifestyle….Triathlons!


As a mother of 5 who works full time, my priority for a long time had not been my health.  From health issues to family tragedies and obligations it has been tough to be dedicated and in all honesty I wanted to be healthier, but I didn’t have the drive within.

This past summer something clicked for me and I wanted to be healthier and more fit.  I thought why aren’t you taking care of you?  What examples do you want to set for your children?  So I talked to Chrystal.  It has been an intense 12 weeks and there have definitely been struggles along the way, but I’m so grateful that I did it. I feel great and look better than I have in a long time.  It wasn’t easy, but the experience was so rewarding.  In 12 weeks I lost 26lbs.  Without Chrystal coaching me, helping me and telling me I could do it, I may have given up so many times.  I will always  be grateful to her for being so many things.  She is my coach, friend, cheerleader and an inspiration all wrapped up in one feisty little package who practices what she preaches.

Finally I just want to say thank you to Chrystal!  Thank you for teaching me how eat healthy again and restore my body confidence level.  Thank you for listening to me and  supporting me through this journey.

My journey back into Fitness was propelled entirely thanks to Chrystal.  After a brief stint in body building, I became the poster child of over-using the term “I used to” in order to justify my poor eating and exercise habits.  I was at my lowest when I didn’t even want to step foot in the gym unless I was wearing baggy clothes.  I first met Chrystal in May.  Chrystal never stopped pushing me.  When I needed some tough love, she handed it to me.  When I needed support, she was there with her own experiences in tow to share. 

Chrystal helped to guide me through better eating choices without restricting and helped me make smaller goals that weren’t solely focused on losing pounds.  This really helped me and pushed me through the times where I wanted to give up because I wasn’t seeing progress quickly enough.  Chrystal helped me fall in love with being healthy again. 

With Chrystal’s support I joined the 12 week Transformation Contest to get somewhat bikini ready for a trip this month.  With Chrystal by my side, I won third place.  I feel confident again in my body, and will for the first time in years be wearing sleeveless shirts.

I cannot thank Chrystal enough.  I love you Chrystal!!


It was a doctors appointment that disappointed me; a little overweight and my blood pressure was still high.  I decided it was time to get a coach.  I did and I am really glad I spent the money.

My coach was Chrystal.  We discussed personal goals, and agreed upon a plan and I must say the experience is life changing.  I joined the transformation contest as an extra incentive.  It was exactly what I needed.  Chrystal’s nutrition education was so appreciated and not difficult.  She commented early on that she intended to keep it simple and I was surprised that it did not alter my grocery bill.  It’s about the discipline around what you eat, when, and how often, but not complicated.  I don’t like the word “diet”.  I feel she has helped me make some life changes that are not dramatic, but important.  I just needed to be consistent with my food choices and many things I thought I would miss..I don’t!

I lost 21 lbs during the 12 weeks.  My blood pressure has been consistently in a normal range and I am just all around happier.  I have gone from a 36 waist to a 32 and while I am not finished, I am confident I can donate the larger pants.  My energy level is at a new time high and again I know it is sustainable.

I would just like to finish with a shout out to Chrystal.  She is awesome.  She was very committed to my success, and always ready with a plan.  She has lots of experience and can help take you to the next level.

I can’t thank Chrystal enough and I most certainly will recommend her a coach.  She has an impressive resume and very experienced.

I was introduced to Chrystal in 2012.  Chrystal started by asking me about my eating habits and what my goals were.  I told her I wanted to be a dive master, which involved a large fitness test.  I also told her that I wanted to lose weight and knew that I needed to do this through exercise and nutrition.

Chrystal developed a plan that was easy to follow, but also took my tastes into consideration.  It was all about using foods to fuel everyday life as well as fueling my workouts.

In 10 months I lost 75 lbs.  I completed my dive master fitness test achieving my goals.  In the end, the greatest lesson I learned was about balance.  To this day, I still try to maintain the balance that Chrystal helped me find.

Chrystal kept me focused on eating right.  She saw the small physical changes in me, which helped immenesley in my continued improvement.  It all led to large changes over time.  Close to 40lbs, many inches, and a drastic reduction in my body fat percentage.
